Better Bacteria is a powerful nitrifying bacteria that converts Ammonia and Nitrite to Nitrate. Suitable for use in canister filter, HOB’s, Sump filters, Top Filters and all kind of biological filters. It effectively aids in waste breakdown and can be integrated into the base layer of planted tank substrates. Proprietary formula reduces hydrogen sulfide (H2S) build up and prevents old tank syndrome. 

Note: There maybe noticeable particles that may settle after dosing. This is the porous carrier agent that kickstarts the bacteria colony.

How to use:

Use during aquarium setup, by adding with the bottom layer of the deep sand bed substrate. For maintenance, dose 1 gram or 1 spoon per 20 liters to start the nitrogen cycle of an aquarium. Supplement 1 spoon per 100L weekly with water changes.
