How do I track my order?
After successfully placing the order, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner containing your package’s tracking information and expected delivery date/time. The delivery estimate will depend on once the order gets dispatched from the warehouse.
To track your package, simply use the tracking number received by email provided on the courier company.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. All our orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24hrs. *Delivery times may vary a bit depending on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that our standard delivery time are estimated and may vary due to external factors. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?
If an order was submitted, verified, and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via email.
If you have note received your order confirmation email within 10 minutes of placing your order, please note that it can be due to entering an incorrect email address, the email entered may be misspelled or incomplete, or if there is a payment issue due to high traffic on the website during peak season, it can take up to 48 hours to receive your order confirmation email.
What is the shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding Mondays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any delays will be communicated through email.

How do I know my order was successful?
We have several verification stages when customers place an order, this is done to provide our customers with the highest level of security.
If your order is successful, you should within the next 10 minutes receive an order confirmation via the email address provided by you at the checkout page.
What is the refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Do we take orders outside Bangalore?
Unfortunately our services currently are only for customers within Bangalore. We are aiming to extend our shipping services soon.
